60-Day UnoDose Trial – Program Details

Please review the following program details and conditions before completing the application below.

• United Food Group (UFG) will ship 4 UnoDose machines to your location.
• UFG will supply 1 free fill per hopper per machine.
• Upon shipment of the 4 machines, UFG will invoice your company $1,250 per machine, with 85-day payment terms.
• For any machines shipped back prior to the 85-day payment terms, your invoice will be credited $1,250 per returned machine. Return shipping documentation must be supplied to UFG.
• All machines must be completely cleaned before returning.
• Before returning any machines, please call UFG at 847-622-1803 (press 2 for Sales) or email sales@unitedfoodgroup.net.
• If you decide to keep all 4 machines, UFG will reissue an invoice with 60-day payment terms and offer a promotional price of $1,150 per machine, or $4,600 for all 4 machines.
